👐 Hand-Erect Trays These are designed to be folded and assembled by a person. You take the flat tray, bend the sides up, lock the tabs, and it’s ready to use. They’re ideal for smaller packing setups, short runs, or when flexibility is key—like switching between tray types or adapting to seasonal produce.

🤖 Machine-Erect Trays These are built to work with automated tray-forming machines. The tray blanks are fed into the machine, which folds and locks them at high speed. Perfect for large-scale operations where consistency, speed, and volume matter—like meat processing lines or export packing stations.

Key difference: Hand-erect gives you flexibility and control. Machine-erect gives you speed and uniformity.
