Audit Fees and Day Rate Structure 

Incentive: Audit Fee Rebate

Your consultancy fee investment is fully protected. The fees paid for the Strategic Audit (up to a maximum of 2 days) will be 100% credited and rebated against the first invoice raised upon the signing of a Qualifying Packaging Contract (defined as a minimum 12-month agreement under the Strategic Stock & Serve (SSSA) or 10-Day Service Level Agreement (SLA) framework).

2. Project Rates

For complex, multi-week engagements, a fixed price will be quoted in the formal Letter of Engagement (LoE).

3. Payment Terms

Payment for consultancy services is due net 30 days from the invoice date. Projects exceeding five full days may require a mobilisation fee or staged payment schedule.

Consultancy Terms Overview

1. Scope and Formal Agreement (LoE)

This overview defines the commercial and legal terms for engaging PackMentor for a Strategic Packaging Audit or bespoke consultancy project. The final, binding terms, including specific scope, schedule, and deliverables, will be detailed in a formal Letter of Engagement (LoE) provided for client signature prior to the commencement of any paid work.

2. Financial Terms

The quoted half-day (£400) and full-day (£750) rates are exclusive of VAT and reasonable travel expenses. Invoices for consultancy services are due net 30 days from the invoice date, subject to the Client's agreed credit limit and current account status.

3. Intellectual Property (IP)

All methodologies, tools, and non-client specific Intellectual Property (IP) utilized during the audit remain the property of PackMentor. All final reports, data analysis, and bespoke recommendations specific to the Client become the property of the Client upon full settlement of all related invoices.

4. Liability

All consultancy services, including reports and recommendations, are based on the data and access provided by the Client and represent professional advice, not a guarantee of outcome. PackMentor's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific consultancy service block in question.

5. Refundable Fee Commitment

The fees paid for the Strategic Audit (up to a maximum of 2 days) will be 100% credited against the first invoice raised upon the signing of a Qualifying Packaging Contract (SSSA or SLA).
